The new iRig Pro Duo I / O is the successor to the popular iRig Pro Duo and features improved microphone preamps with increased gain, more handy gain controls with an ergonomic design and volume controls with level indicators. The housing now has a new road-compatible rubberized surface and the tried and tested USB-C socket is used for connection to all current mobile devices.

The compact audio / MIDI interface offers recording and playback on two channels each with up to 24 bit. A special highlight is the power supply, which is either via the connected device, two supplied AA batteries or an optional power supply unit and ensures true, uncompromising mobility. The two combination sockets of the iRig Pro Duo I / O are suitable for microphone, line and high-impedance (Hi-Z) signals from electric guitar or electric bass. Thanks to phantom power, high-quality condenser microphones can also be operated.

On the output side, the interface has a pair of 6.3 mm jack sockets with symmetrical signal transmission and a separately adjustable headphone output. The direct monitor switch enables latency-free monitoring of the input signal. A loopback function is integrated for use with video or streaming applications.
